Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform necessary treatments.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient information accurately using EMR systems such as Meditech.
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license (at least pending with clear ETA)
- 11+ months of emergency room nursing experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications through AHA
Preferred Experience / Skills
- 3+ years of ER nursing experience
- Experience with Meditech EMR system
- Ability to obtain CPI certification if needed for longer assignments
