- Full-time, Days shift, 8 hours per shift, 5 days a week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients to promote independence in daily activities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions suitable for patients’ conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Virginia
- Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in outpatient or clinical settings
- Familiarity with standard occupational therapy equipment and procedures
