Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to cardiac patients in a Progressive Care Unit/Stepdown setting.
• Float across all PCU/IMCU floors, managing patients with cardiac populations including STEMI, NSTEMI, CTS, and chest pain.
• Administer and monitor cardiac drips such as Milrinone, Dobutamine, and Pressors.
• Support lower acuity telemetry patients as needed.
• Document patient care accurately using electronic medical records system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical standards and protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and current RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a similar-sized facility.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records systems (preferably EPIC).
• Ability to work night shifts regularly with minimal remote time off (RTO).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, Cardiac Care environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a telemetry or step-down unit caring for cardiac patients.
• Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills.
