- Monday to Wednesday, Days shifts, 12.5 hours per shift, local candidates only
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient health status and document assessments accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of New Mexico
- Experience working in LTC or SNF environments preferred
- Strong patient assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts and adhere to schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in geriatric or long-term care settings
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
