Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services to patients in accordance with treatment plans
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care strategies
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies
• Support patient rehabilitation goals through tailored intervention

Required Qualifications

• Valid therapy license or certification applicable to the practice
• Proven experience in a therapy role (clinical or outpatient preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Commitment to patient care and safety

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a rehabilitation or long-term care setting
• Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
• Knowledge of current therapeutic techniques and protocols
