Key Responsibilities

• Provide traditional physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility and manage pain
• Assess patient's physical condition and develop customized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations and progress notes
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience in physical therapy, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience with diverse patient populations
• Familiarity with current physical therapy techniques and equipment
