Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled speech-language therapy to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for communication and swallowing disorders
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Follow all licensing, regulatory, and facility policies
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Proven professional SNF experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in skilled nursing facilities preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
