Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shift, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed therapists in delivering physical therapy services to patients in skilled nursing facilities
• Support patient mobility, exercise, and rehabilitation plans
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
• Ensure safe and effective delivery of therapies in accordance with treatment plans
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of professional SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience
• Valid certification/license as a Physical Therapy Assistant
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
