Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in implementing therapy plans for patients.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' daily living skills.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the therapy team.
• Support patients' rehabilitation goals through personalized care.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in compliance with facility standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Prior experience working as an OTA or in a therapeutic setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Assistive Technology and adaptive equipment is a plus.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient or inpatient rehabilitation centers.
• Familiarity with documentation software and electronic health records.
