Job Title

• Registered Nurse (Medical Surgical/Telemetry)

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 3x12-hour days, Days shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit.
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and manage patient mobility.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient progress accurately in the electronic health record.
• Respond effectively to patient needs and emergency situations within scope of practice.
• Float within the scope to sister units or facilities as needed.

Required Qualifications

• South Carolina RN license or valid Compact license (must be in hand prior to start).
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIH stroke certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant RN experience.
• Telemetry competency required; previous charge nurse experience preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Community hospital experience preferred.
• Previous charge nurse or leadership experience is a plus.
