Job Title

• LVN / LPN - Medical Surgical (Night Shift, 4x12)

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, nights, 12-hour shifts, 4 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to surgical patients in a Level I Trauma Center
• Assist with patient assessments, medication administration, and wound care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Document care activities accurately in compliance with hospital policies
• Support patient comfort and recovery during overnight hours
• Follow all hospital protocols and safety procedures

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a Medical Surgical setting
• Experience working in a Level I Trauma or acute hospital environment
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to overnight schedule
• Strong team collaboration skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or acute care experience preferred
• Familiarity with Cerner electronic health records system
• Level I Trauma experience highly desirable
