Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, dayshift, 5x8-hour shifts (Monday - Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide intraoperative nursing care as a circulating nurse in the operating room.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Manage surgical instruments, supplies, and documentation during procedures.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
• Be available for on-call duty as required, with schedule to be discussed during the interview.
• Adhere to specific shift and holiday coverage requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee or a compact state.
• Minimum of 2 years of OR experience with travel, or 3 years without travel.
• Must fulfill Tier 2 travel compliance standards.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts with no call-in restrictions.
• Must live at least 100 miles from the facility.
• Submission includes travel documentation and RTO details.
• Must be willing to work during end-of-year holidays if scheduled during that period.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Cerner experience preferred.
• Previous travel RN experience is a plus.
