Tech Cath Lab/EP

Job Title

• Cath Lab Tech (Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technician)

Location

• Fredericksburg, TX

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, contract, travel assignment, 13 weeks

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures within the Cath Lab, including PCI and interventional radiology
• Assist with patient preparation, monitoring, and post-procedure care
• Operate and troubleshoot Philips equipment and ensure workflow efficiency
• Adhere to all unit policies, safety protocols, and dress code requirements (scrubs)
• Rotate on-call duties during evenings and weekends as part of the schedule

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure or relevant Cath Lab technician certification
• Experience with cardiac catheterization procedures and radiology interventions
• Ability to work flexible hours including on-call shifts
• Knowledge of Philips imaging equipment and Meditech EMR system

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a hospital or high-volume cardiac lab setting
• Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and adaptability
