• Full-time, night shifts, 3x12 hours

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care on a busy cardiac/progressive care telemetry unit and stepdown unit.
• Float to other MS/Tele units and ICU with low acuity patients as needed.
• Administer treatments and monitor patient conditions in compliance with care protocols.
• Document patient information accurately using Epic EMR within the last 12 months.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, including travel and background check requirements.
• Maintain certifications (AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS) and state licensure to meet compliance standards.

Required Qualifications

• Active state license (Compact or TN) at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant nursing experience in telemetry or stepdown units.
• Recent Epic EMR experience within the last 12 months.
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Ability to pass a competency exam in Epic EMR.
• Valid travel compliance documentation, including RTO and background checks.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a fast-paced cardiac/progressive care setting.
• Previous float experience across different units including ICU.
• Familiarity with hospital policies for travel and staffing.
