Key Responsibilities
- Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders for sub-acute rehabilitation patients.
- Develop personalized treatment plans to support patient recovery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment options and progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient sessions and progress.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a rehabilitation or sub-acute care setting is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
