Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Day shifts (5x8 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy services to patients within a hospital or affiliate setting
• Work 5 scheduled shifts per week, including 3 weekend shifts per quarter
• Maintain compliance with travel and licensing requirements
• Participate in orientation and annual training modules via online portals
• Adhere to strict no-tobacco facility policies and complete drug screenings as required

Required Qualifications
• Valid State License for Physical Therapy at the time of application
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Ability to work 8-hour day shifts from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Successful completion of required modules through Relias/Net Learning portal
• Candidates must be willing to float within hospital or to nearby affiliate facilities
• Friendly and professional communication skills

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in hospital or outpatient rehabilitation settings
• Ability to float across multiple hospital units or facilities
• Comfortable with online training modules and compliance procedures
