Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Rotating Shifts | Onsite | Guaranteed hours of 36 hours per week for 12-hour shifts, or 40 hours per week for 8–10 hour shifts | Work week: Sunday through Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF) setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and in accordance with facility protocols
• Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to the supervising RN or physician
• Assist with care planning and coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident well-being
• Ensure compliance with all applicable state, federal, and facility regulations governing LTC/SNF care

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license valid in the state of North Dakota
• Experience working in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility environment
• Ability to work rotating shifts as assigned
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a LTC/SNF specialty setting
• Familiarity with geriatric patient populations and care protocols
