Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality resident outcomes
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota or a compact state
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting
• Ability to work rotating shifts within a Sunday through Saturday work week
• Ability to fulfill guaranteed hours of 36 hours per week (12-hour shifts) or 40 hours per week (8–10 hour shifts)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior contract or travel nursing experience in a LTC/SNF environment
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in a geriatric care setting
