- Rotating shifts, full-time, 36-40 hours per week, typically involving 12-hour shifts, Sunday through Saturday
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Monitor patient health and document care activities accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement resident care plans
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety procedures
- Address patient needs and respond promptly to medical emergencies
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current state licensure in North Dakota
- Prior experience working in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facilities preferred
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with geriatric patient care
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations and compliance
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
