Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
  • Monitor patient health and document care activities accurately
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement resident care plans
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety procedures
  • Address patient needs and respond promptly to medical emergencies

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Current state licensure in North Dakota
  • Prior experience working in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facilities preferred
  • Basic life support (BLS) certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Experience with geriatric patient care
  • Knowledge of long-term care regulations and compliance
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
