Schedule / Job Type

  • Rotating shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift, Friday to Sunday from 7 a.m. or 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. or 8 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures on ambulatory and hospital patients.
  • Assist radiologists in the diagnosis of disease and injury through imaging.
  • Follow established protocols to ensure quality and safety during MRI scans.
  • Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
  • Ensure proper operation and maintenance of MRI equipment.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Less than 1 year of MRI or radiography experience.
  • Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (ARRT-MR) or Radiography (ARRT-R), or certification by the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or BLS completion within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior experience working in a hospital or outpatient setting.
  • Knowledge of MRI protocols and patient safety procedures.
