• Full-time, day shifts, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric occupational therapy services to pediatric clients in a hospital setting.
• Assess clients' developmental needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with medical teams and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document client progress using Cerner electronic health record system.
• Float within scope to support facility needs and cover various pediatric outpatient areas as required.
• Work diligently to meet facility standards and patient care protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years pediatric outpatient occupational therapy experience.
• Valid Illinois licensure for Occupational Therapy (Illinois license must be in hand at time of submission).
• Experience with Cerner charting system.
• AHA or Red Cross CPR certification (RQI cards not accepted).
• Ability to work 2 out of 3 major holidays.
• Must be fully vaccinated and compliant with ALL clinical and travel requirements.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in critical access or magnet hospital environments.
• Flexibility to float within hospital or affiliate facilities.
• Familiarity with pediatric developmental assessments and interventions.
