Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, temporary (3 nights per week, 12-hour night shifts)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide respiratory therapy services to patients across multiple units.
• Float between hospital units and possibly to a nearby facility within a 30-minute drive as needed.
• Conduct assessments, administer treatments, and monitor patient responses.
• Utilize Epic for documentation and charting.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Washington (WA) or Compact Respiratory Therapist license.
• In-hand certification or license to practice respiratory therapy.
• Ability to work night shifts and flexible with floating requirements.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Must be able to meet travel compliance documentation deadlines.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in critical access or rural hospital settings.
• Familiarity with Epic charting system.
• Ability to adapt to varying unit protocols.
