Key Responsibilities

  • Assist licensed occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans.
  • Provide therapeutic activities to support patient recovery and developmental goals.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Support patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure consistent patient care.
  • Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant certification/license.
  • Previous experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Experience with pediatric or outpatient therapy.
  • Familiarity with therapy documentation systems.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
