Schedule / Job Type:
Full-time, 5 days per week, day shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting.
• Follow established treatment plans and document patient progress accurately.
• Complete all required documentation directly with the affiliated organization prior to assignment.
• Adhere to facility policies regarding equipment use, dress code, and punctuality.
• Maintain active licensure and comply with credentialing requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid and active physical therapy license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Experience in setting-specific physical therapy.
• Ability to complete documentation and compliance requirements as directed.
• Equipment will be provided during the interview process.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous experience working in a clinical or hospital environment.
• Familiarity with credentialing and documentation procedures.
