• Full-time, Night shift (3×12 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care to patients in a Medical Surgical and Telemetry unit.
• Monitor patient vital signs, ECG rhythms, and respond to emergent situations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient assessments and care activities accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months recent, permanent experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry nursing.
• Active Ohio RN license or compact state license in hand at time of submission.
• BLS and ACLS certifications current and active.
• Ability to recognize ECG rhythms and perform safe medication administration.
• Must pass ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate assessments during orientation.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a hospital setting within the Cleveland Clinic Health System.
• Experience with electronic health records and hospital-specific protocols.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
