Key Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care to patients in a Medical-Surgical or Telemetry unit during night shifts.
• Monitor patient vitals, assess patient conditions, and document findings accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license in hand; compact licenses accepted for starts 1/1/23 and forward.
• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in Medical-Surgical or Telemetry nursing prior to travel.
• Certified in ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate with acceptable scores during orientation.
• Completion of BG screening and drug screen within the past 12 months.
• FBI/BCI background checks completed within 48 hours of signing contract.
• Valid certifications with no pending items; BLS required.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a hospital within a large healthcare system.
• Experience with telemetry monitoring and ECG interpretation.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
