- Radiation Therapy Technologist (Dosimetrist)
Location
- Lawrenceville, GA
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide radiation therapy treatments to cancer patients
- Assist in treatment planning and dose calculations
- Operate radiation therapy equipment according to prescribed protocols
- Collaborate with oncology team to ensure accurate patient care
- Maintain patient safety and adhere to radiation safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience as a Radiation Therapy Technologist or Dosimetrist
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) per AHA standards
- Strong knowledge of radiation oncology procedures and safety protocols
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a busy cancer treatment center
- Familiarity with treatment planning software
