Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality acute medicine care to adult patients in a medical-surgical setting.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care appropriately.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety regulations.
- Respond to patient needs promptly and effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in medical-surgical nursing.
- Current AHA BLS certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in acute medicine or similar fast-paced clinical environments.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
