Registered Nurse Medical Surgical

Job Title

• Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical (MedSurg RN)

• Florence, SC

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts (7:00 am - 7:30 pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adult Medical-Surgical patients in a hospital setting.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care using the Epic electronic charting system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Float within scope to other Med/Surg units or sister facilities as needed.
• Adhere to facility policies, including holiday rotations and on-call requirements (no on-call).
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina RN license or Compact license in hand before start date.
• At least 1 year of RN experience in a medical-surgical setting.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Ability to document effectively in Epic charting system.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous hospital MedSurg experience.
• Experience with patient care in diverse clinical scenarios.
• Flexibility to work a block schedule and float within scope.
