- EEG Technician (Night Shift)
Location
- Arlington Heights, IL
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 12-hour night shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret EEG readings to assist in diagnosis and patient care
- Conduct EEG procedures according to established protocols and standards
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of findings
- Maintain EEG equipment and ensure proper calibration and functioning
- Complete required documentation and skills checklists within specified timeframes
- Attend orientation and shadowing sessions to ensure proper onboarding
Required Qualifications
- Valid EEG certification
- At least 1 year of EEG monitoring experience
- Skills in EEG interpretation
- Ability to work on-call and as needed for floating and weekend shifts
- Licensure verification (IL license)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with SEEG (Stereoelectroencephalography) or intracranial studies
