Schedule / Job Type
• Days, Full-time, 7 shifts per week, 8.5 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy services to diverse patient populations within a long-term care setting
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapy techniques to improve patient functional abilities
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies

Required Qualifications
• Valid State Occupational Therapist license
• Professional certification in occupational therapy
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Experience working in a healthcare or long-term care environment preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience as a float or traveling therapist
• Ability to adapt to various clinical settings and patient needs
