Key Responsibilities

  • Provide speech therapy assessments and treatment plans for patients with communication, swallowing, or cognitive disorders.
  • Implement and document therapy sessions in accordance with treatment goals.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed.
  • Educate patients and families on therapy activities and strategies to support ongoing improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Georgia State Speech Language Pathologist license or eligibility.
  • Relevant Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Certification in the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior experience working in a clinical or hospital setting.
  • Familiarity with pediatric or adult speech therapy techniques.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
