Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans.
• Assist in the implementation of patient care, including therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Manage a high-skilled caseload with quick turnaround times.
• Support facilities with a mix of LTC residents and skilled patients.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Proven experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior experience in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working across multiple facilities or settings.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different patient needs and treatment plans.
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on rehabilitation.
