Job Title
• Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Contract, Onsite, Day shifts, 4 days per week (4x10s, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care in a busy Level I Trauma Center OR environment covering multiple surgical specialties.
• Assist in scrub and circulating roles for surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and adhering to hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Participate in emergency response and on-call shifts, including up to four call shifts per month and one weekend per month.
• Work within a dynamic, nurse-driven, Magnet-designated department utilizing advanced technology.
• Maintain compliance with all licensing, certification, and hospital policies, including trauma level requirements.

Required Qualifications
• Valid South Carolina RN license or multi-state/compact license.
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support).
• Radiation Badge (agency-provided).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a surgical or OR setting strongly preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including on-call and holiday shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Scrub experience within an OR environment.
• Previous work in trauma or high-acuity surgical settings.
• Experience with EPIC charting system.
