Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services with a focus on orthopedic patient care.
• Manage a productivity goal of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Handle scheduled patients, including follow-up visits, with double-booking expected.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and adhere to all facility policies, including pre-approval of overtime hours.
• Work comfortably in a team environment, with flexibility for first-time travel opportunities and new grads.

Required Qualifications

• Valid licensure or certification to practice as a physical therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts during daytime hours.
• Willingness to work up to 40 hours per week, with overtime approval.
• Strong patient management and communication skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Comfort with high patient volume and efficient workflow.
• Willingness to consider travel therapy assignments, including for first-time travelers and new grads.
