• Night shift, 12-hour shifts, travel assignment, 13 weeks

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services to patients in a hospital setting during night shifts
• Utilize advanced respiratory equipment and techniques to support adult critical care patients
• Follow unit-specific protocols and documentation procedures, including Meditech system
• Maintain professional standards for patient care and safety
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Valid Respiratory Therapist (RT) license or certification
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Respiratory Therapist in an adult critical care setting
• Experience with advanced respiratory procedures and equipment
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a flexible floating policy
• Proficiency in documentation using Meditech or similar systems

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in high-acuity or ICU environments
• Specialty certifications such as NBRC credentials or advanced respiratory care certifications
• Strong patient communication skills and ability to provide compassionate care
