Occupational Therapist

Job Title

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for residents
• Implement therapeutic interventions targeting activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and safety
• Communicate progress and treatment recommendations with the interdisciplinary team and residents' families
• Collaborate with therapy team members to ensure high-quality, consistent care
• Foster a positive, resident-centered rehabilitation environment

Required Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist in Washington
• CPR certification (or ability to obtain)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Six months of experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, or post-acute setting
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills
