Job Title

• Registered Nurse (IMC/PCU/Stepdown)

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, rotating shifts (12-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in IMC/PCU/Stepdown units
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient information accurately and timely
• Float to other hospital units as needed (within a 10-mile radius)

Required Qualifications

• Valid PA License or Compact License (required at time of submission)
• Minimum 1 year of recent relevant nursing experience (or as specified in the detailed job description)
• COVID vaccination and booster status required
• Ability to obtain fingerprinting within 24-48 hours of signing and pass a 15-panel drug screen
• Must be able to access a lab within 24-48 hours of signing for required testing

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Reliable and flexible with floating responsibilities
