Radiology / Cardiology Technologist – X-ray / Rad Tech

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 5/2 Split (5 on, 2 off, 2 on, 5 off, repeating) | Every other weekend required | 80 guaranteed hours biweekly
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-ray, fluoroscopy, and OR-based imaging at a large Level I Trauma Center
- Operate O-Arm and GE/Siemens X-ray equipment in surgical and procedural settings
- Float within scope to support Emergency Department, Inpatient, Outpatient, OR, and portable imaging needs as required by facility
- Complete non-billable orientation modules and annual compliance training as directed by facility educators
- Adhere to all facility scheduling requirements, including holiday coverage and advance RTO submission
Required Qualifications
- Active ARRT Certification required (license must be in hand at time of submission)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiology / X-ray Technologist
- Extensive OR imaging experience, including O-Arm operation, is required
- Hospital-based experience required
- Must reside more than 25 miles from the facility (local candidates not accepted)
- No pending licenses accepted
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a large, high-volume hospital or Level I Trauma Center setting
- Proficiency with GE and/or Siemens X-ray equipment
- Experience performing fluoroscopy procedures in a surgical environment
