Key Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing staff and patient care operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and healthcare regulations
- Assist in managing patient flow and resolving clinical issues
- Provide leadership and support to nursing team members
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote high-quality care
Required Qualifications
- Valid California RN license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; NRP preferred
- Proof of negative TB screening within 12 months of start date
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in hospital or healthcare supervision
- Strong leadership and communication skills
