Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in various settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies accordingly
- Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation exercises and injury prevention
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient assessments and treatment progress accurately
Required Qualifications
- Valid New Jersey state license as a Physical Therapist
- Relevant degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or similar)
- Proven experience in a clinical or outpatient setting
- Strong understanding of physical therapy techniques and modalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
