Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols

• Monitor and document patient health status, reporting changes to the appropriate clinical team members

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support individualized patient care plans

• Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations governing long-term care

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license in the state of Nebraska

• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment

• Ability to work night shifts within a Sunday through Saturday work week

• Willingness to commit to a guaranteed schedule of 36 hours per week (twelve-hour shifts) or 40 hours per week (eight- to ten-hour shifts)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior contract or travel nursing experience in a long-term care or SNF setting

• Strong documentation and electronic health record skills

• Demonstrated ability to work independently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision
