- Full-time, 3 days per week, day shifts, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care to adult medical-surgical units in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Indiana
- Minimum of 1 year of recent medical-surgical nursing experience
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a hospital setting with adult patient care
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
