Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients with general orthopedics conditions.
• Manage a productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing around 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to meet patient care demands.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Participate in patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress.
• Support additional clinics as assigned; flexibility to float is not typically required.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to see 12-14 patients per day comfortably.
• Strong communication and patient management skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in general orthopedics.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
• New graduates with relevant clinical experience may be considered.
