Key Responsibilities
- Provide licensed practical nursing care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Monitor and document patient conditions, administering medications as prescribed
- Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort and safety
- Collaborate with healthcare team to implement care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care activities
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Current CPR certification
- Experience working in LTC or SNF environments
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience with elderly patient care
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
