Job Title

• Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab/EP

Schedule / Job Type

• Travel, Days shifts, 13-week assignment, 4 shifts per week, 10.5 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Circulate in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory performing various diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Assist with procedures such as LHC, RHC, coronary interventions, PPM insertions, EP studies with ablation, Watchman device procedures, TAVR, and PFO closures.
• Monitor and evaluate patient status before, during, and after procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with the medical team to provide exceptional patient care and ensure adherence to protocols.
• Document all procedures accurately within the hospital’s EMR system.

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Florida or appropriate compact license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or EP setting.
• Cath Lab circulating experience.
• Skilled in sedation, atherectomy, IVUS, thrombectomy procedures a plus.
• RCIS certification preferred.
• Ability to work 10.5-hour daytime shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with advanced interventional procedures.
• Knowledge of GE imaging systems and Merge Hemodynamics documentation.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
