- Night shift, 3x12 hours (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized labor and delivery nursing care for first-time mothers and their newborns.
- Float between units as needed based on hospital requirements.
- Adhere to patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 6:1, with a focus on maternal and neonatal safety.
- Complete documentation in Epic electronic charting system.
- Follow hospital protocols and participate in on-call rotations as required.
- Maintain compliance with hospital and travel regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid MT or Compact Registered Nurse license (required at time of submission).
- Valid Allied license (if applicable).
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience within the last 3 years, preferably in labor and delivery.
- Ability to float within the facility as needed.
- References covering the last 6 months to 1 year.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working at a critical access hospital or similar setting.
- Familiarity with Epic charting system.
- Experience with labor, delivery, postpartum (LDRP) nursing.
