Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed therapists in providing occupational therapy services to patients.
- Implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities under supervision.
- Monitor patient progress and document responses throughout therapy sessions.
- Support patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions.
- Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment in compliance with protocols.
Required Qualifications
- State licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA).
- Proven experience working in a healthcare or therapy setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and instructions.
- Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and safety procedures.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in outpatient or hospital settings.
- Familiarity with documentation software and therapy equipment.
