Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, including neuro and orthopedic cases
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
• Document patient progress and adjust therapies accordingly
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain productivity of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed; overtime to be approved in advance

Required Qualifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist or PTA (Physical Therapist Assistant)
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Ability to work a standard 8-hour shift

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient or neuro/ortho therapy experience
• Flexibility to float to neighboring clinics if needed
• Willingness to accommodate double-booked follow-up visits
