Key Responsibilities

• Lead the therapy team to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services to residents
• Oversee and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment
• Ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation standards
• Promote a positive, patient-first care approach within the facility
• Support the facility’s goals of providing exceptional care and a welcoming environment

Required Qualifications

• Valid licensure as a Therapist (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA) in South Dakota or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Graduate of an accredited therapy program
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans
