Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care for medical, surgical, and telemetry patients in a floating pool setting.
- Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient information accurately and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- At least one year of Med/Surg/Tele experience.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different hospital units within a floating pool environment.
